Art Outcomes
The curriculum outcomes for fine arts will be explored through the Conceptualization and Encounters general outcomes of the curriculum. Students will research and investigate case studies on different artists who use science, with a focus on chemistry, to create meaningful and challenging art. Students will need to synthesize these thoughts and use the knowledge gained from their interdisciplinary learning of chemistry to conceptualize their own art and be able to rationalize the process and meaning behind their piece. This will give them a deeper insight into the meaning of art and its uses and applications. More information can be found below.
